Acceptance of Terms

By using On Flight Journey ("we", "us", "our") services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Travel Assistance Services

We provide independent, third-party travel assistance including phone-based booking support, itinerary modifications, cancellations, and general travel guidance. We are not an airline, travel supplier, or governmental agency, and we are not affiliated with any airline or supplier.

Third-Party Suppliers

All flight reservations, tickets, and related travel products are provided by third-party suppliers. Availability, pricing, terms, and confirmations are subject to the applicable supplier's policies, and are not guaranteed by On Flight Journey.

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are considered confirmed only when the supplier issues a confirmation number and/or e-ticket. Prices may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility, cancellation fees, and change fees are governed by the fare rules of the underlying supplier. On Flight Journey does not guarantee refunds and may charge a separate service fee for assistance rendered.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, On Flight Journey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or from any acts or omissions of third-party suppliers. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the service fees paid to us by you in the 60 days preceding the claim.

No Guarantee of Lowest Fare

We do not guarantee the lowest available fare. We provide travel assistance and customer support services and encourage travelers to compare options.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information (including travel dates, names, passport data, and payment details) and for complying with all applicable travel documentation, visa, and health requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
